My nomination rejected with weird reason ( Title or Description ), which seems make no sense. Anyone can advise how to get this appeal? The location is newly developing area and no pokestop around.

it means you did something wrong in your title and/or description.
title: your usage of lowercase letters and the @ symbol may cause some reviewers to reject. replace the @ with "at" and capitalize the title properly. "Level 6 Playground at The Elements Ampang"
description: this is probably the main reason your submission was rejected. you are not allowed to mention any niantic games in the description. mentioning pokemon go is an automatic rejection for title or description. just remove pokemon go and replace it with something like "A good place to relax and stay a while." (although relaxing at a playground isn't the first thing i'd think of...)
