Can Park Restrooms be POIs?
I've been wondering if Park Restrooms can be POIs. There's nothing against them in the rules so far as know, and anyone who has children will agree they are VERY important.

I would consider restrooms to be generic infrastructure. Most eligible POI's promote adventure or exercise in some form, a restroom does not, people simply go there to do their business (or in some areas to take drugs!).
Some outdoor restrooms might have a mural or something on the outside wall and these are generally accepted for their artistic nature, but the restroom itself is not considered.
Furthermore, in the case of Pokemon Go, it's just weird and creepy to have a bunch of people standing around a restroom. So in that sense, it wouldn't really be very appropriate for positive social behaviour to be gathering around a restroom for a raid.

Can Park Restooms Be PPIs?
I'd say not. However, if a person could demonstrate that a particular set of park restrooms had some unique architecture I may look upon them favourably. I mean if they were super, duper fancy art-deco restrooms then maybe. Probably in 99% of cases I'd say no.
No, they do not meet the criteria unless they have historic or cultural significance. And I don't know of a single example that would meet that standard.
