This is a landscaping business and someone hit the waypoint in the turn around and now it is gone.

Your photos are facing the wrong way…
Okay, this is ridiculous. @bgskyman-ING is only showing one side of the area, and is neglecting the other side. Because the waypoint is still there.
Thanks for the appeal, @bgskyman-ING! We took another look at the Portal in question and decided that they do not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
@NianticVK additional photos and 360 provided, I couldn't tell where the waypoint direction was since it is GONE!!!! Why don't you gate keepers listen to those of US who actually play and contribute to the game? I have over 500 portals approved, 10K plus wayfarer agreements and everyone I've submitted on this forum have been or should have been removed by game standards. Also, My requests have been denied when using Google as the mediators said they are out dated, please set some standards, I had to waste more time to get more documentation since the resistance player submitted Google photos rather than actual on site pictures.
@Stealth991-ING @Zeta95-ING if you really cared you would actually remove your own waypoints, rather than me come to your area to do it for you. See above pictures, including 360, the head is gone.. as I stated in the beginning and I didn't know where the picture was taken from because it is GONE!
You only come into our area and report POI to be petty. You have admitted openly on these forums that opposing faction is using portals you want removed. That is abuse. I was out in your area and found 3 invalid portals in one night. There are two invalid portals just north of this one - why haven't you reported them?

@bgskyman-ING you do not police your area like you do these other areas that are mostly played by the other team you compete against. Saying that you have been a reviewer of so many Wayspots does not prove that you don't abuse the system put into place by niantic. There are portals that are unsafe to access at time or hard to get to. Niantic still upholds them, yet I go on and keep playing the game.
