Additional information:

I looked around the area but was unable to locate the plaque. I am not sure if it has been removed, or was never at this location to begin with. The photo does not show much location context.


The Streetview image for this location from December 2021 shows dirt in the area where the Wayspot is located. In the photos below taken from this week, you can see a patch without grass growing there. I don't know if the plaque used to be here and was removed during this process.
