Rejected due to fake nomination?

Hi!
I just saw in my nominations that my submission got rejected for being fake. Unfortunately, I don't get the reasoning behind it as it is quite clear that the nomination is not fake.
What do you think about it and what can I do to appeal the decision? I don't see the button that usually is there. Oh, I also didn't include the location screenshot as it's not helpful in any way, I can provide it later, if necessary.

You can only see the appeal button if it's been 30 days since you last used an appeal.
If the trail is a new initiative by the local authorities, you may need to provide additional evidence of this in the supporting info. Is there a news article or website about it that could help back up your claims that it's a new and permanent trail?
There actually is an article about it but it doesn’t mention that it’s a permanent trail.
