No rejection screenshot - POI spotted as the result of a location edit review.
Waypoint has no pedestrian access. It is a mural on the side of a building bordering a canal. There is no pedestrian access to that side of the canal or mural at that point, the Waypoint can only be acessed from the towpath on the other side of the canal.
No safe pedestrian access - should be removed.
Thanks.

Invalid Appeal - Thanks for the appeal, Agent. It looks like we haven’t gotten to this request yet or it hasn’t been submitted via the Scanner. At this time, we only take appeals to overturn decisions we’ve already made.
@NianticSC It was not possible for @sogNinjaman-ING to report this via the Scanner because they came across it while doing Wayfarer, and not while playing Ingress. There is no ability to request removal from the Wayfarer screen. They may not live anywhere near the Wayspot, which might mean that they cannot report it.
Given that it is an accepted and live Wayspot which apparently has no safe pedestrian access, what should @sogNinjaman-ING do in this case, and what should others do in a similar situation?
@NianticSC - As above. I, and other people, have reported invalid Waypoints discovered during the review process in this manner many times before, and Niantic have acted on them. I can post links to my previous "invalid Waypoint" threads reported in this manner if needed. @NianticGiffard has said he is happy to have multiple "invalid waypoints not reportable via the Scanner" reported in this manner and has dealt with large numbers of invalid or fake Waypoints reported like this. How are we supposed to report these otherwise?
@NianticGiffard - could you take a look at this one at some point please. Thanks.
Thanks to @Tntnnbltn-ING and @sogNinjaman-ING for sharing more information. We've given it another thought and decided to retire the Wayspot.
Thank you very much.
