The location where you submitted this nomination looks to have been incorrect. In your picture for the nomination, you can see "INRI Pod Petřínem", which means FK Jablonec is obviously at the same road junction. Reviewers will have easily noticed this, and likely moved it to the correct location, which is both within 20 metres of INRI Pod Petřínem, and in the same level 17 S2 cell as it, so it isn't eligible to appear in either game.
It is still in the database though, so any attempt to resubmit it will be marked as a duplicate.
Next time, please try to make sure you submit things in an accurate location.
