Y-Mobile wayspots are doubly on the check for duplicates map.

Selecting the leftmost and second from the left shows "Y-Mobile Mr. Max Shonan Fujisawa store" (https://intel.ingress.com/?pll=35.340059,139.464392) and the other two shows "Y-Mobile Nojima Fujisawa store" (https://intel.ingress.com/?pll=35.338413,139.465408). Doubly added in the database?
@NianticGiffard Please investigate including other Y-Mobile spots as well.

This issue has been requested to be fixed on the Ingress forum for quite some time.
According to the Ingress forum, after being left alone for a while, it was largely resolved due to strong requests from XM Ambassadors.
However, some duplication still remains. (For what I can see, it seems that the duplicates are mainly displayed by Y-mobile stores located in electronics retail stores.)
This is my guess, but I believe that the sponsor wayspot database is kept in a different place than the Lightship database.
Therefore, there is an error in the criteria for displaying sponsor wayspot and duplicates are extracted from the database.
Or the same data exists in the Lightship database and the sponsor spot database.
We believe it is one of these.
In any case, I too hope this matter will be resolved soon.

This is my request.
Currently, some sponsors and sponsor compliant wayspot databases are outside of Lightship's control.
This is supposed to complicate the process when displaying them in their respective gaming applications.
Therefore, the problem is prolonged when such duplication errors occur. (This problem in Ingress has already occurred almost a year ago)
Also, sponsored wayspots that are outside of the Lightship database do not show up in the duplicate check in Wayfarer review.
Therefore, sponsors and sponsor compliant wayspots cannot be processed as duplicates when they are nominated.
This is a vulnerability that is of concern for exploitation.
This is something that the Wayfarer team and the respective application teams should discuss as soon as possible.
Please unify all wayspot databases with Lightship.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused. I have escalated the report to our concerned team to have it investigated. I'll follow up once I have information to share regarding it.
