Tag next to a submission inside a roundabout

Hello,
I have received this submission to review. I am aware that the location of the "football monument" is located inside a roundabout, however the tag is placed on a pedestrial path and is close to the "football monument" as seen in Google Maps.
Would this be a suitable Wayspot? Or does this fall under the rejection criteria "Pedestrian Access" or "Mismatched Location"?
Thank you in advance

Eu aceitaria como Wayspot...
There needs to be a pedestrian crosswalk going to the roundabout. You can reject it for pedestrian access or location mismatch, your choice. I don't think there is a difference in result. I would probably do pedestrian access since that is a bigger problem.
You could move the pin to the correct location, BUT the major issue is pedestrian access. Shame as it’s cool, but it’s a no and as @JillJilyJabadoo-PGO says rejecting with this reason will make it clear.
A classic "no pedestrian access" nomination, it's on the middle of a roundabout.
