Additional information: As can be seen on the picture (taken directly from Google StreetView), this portal is located in Private Residential Property, hence, out of the criteria for wayspots.

Appeal Denied - Thanks for the appeal, Agent. We took another look at the Portal in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.

Niantic team in my opinion the wayspot is on the public sidewalk, if you look at the profile picture it does not belong to the property, the wayspot complies with niantic rules is accessible, and currently does not generate problems with the community.
