"Upload Later" nominations get lost

Few weeks ago I had the problem, that I lost a few nominations, when I submitted with my ING-Account. Today I expierienced the same problem with my PGO Account.
What happened yesterday/today: I did a few submissions around midnight, and uploaded them today in the morning. It has been 5 nomination, but only 4 brought me a mail, and only these 4 appear in the nominations list of wayfarer.
Chronologically ordered should be a resubmission of this one (but with dummy texts in description and supporting statement):
Roughy two weeks ago I lost more than one submission, when I uploaded a bunch of ING submissions.
Don't know all of them, but one lost submission is a 2nd infoboard of this kind right next to this accepted candidate:

I'm sure, that the vanished ING-submission really cost a submission slot. I'm sure about this, because I went down to 0 submission slots. Concerning todays PGO-submission I don't know, whether the lost submissions counted ....

Today I submitted 11 submissions with Upload Later. I uploaded every submission before doing the next one.
The bug appeared at the last one again. So maybe it's triggered, when the count of open submissions goes down to 0.
What happened? Upload failed. Then I entered the managing-menu, uploaded it there. It seemed to be successful, but the submission didnt appear in my nomintations list nor is there an mail for it.
If you want to dig, what happened:

Hi @Raachermannl-ING, thanks for letting me know and sorry about the lost submission. If I understand correctly, the "Silberschmelzhütte St. Georgen" nomination should be listed where you have input the red X ( right between the 2022-06-10 and the 2022-06-12 nominations)?
Correct.
And it's also not one of the newer resubmissions of that candidate. They all went as planned.
I’ve also had similar issues with Upload Later in Pokémon GO - I hit upload all, but one of them fails to upload properly and the submission disappears.
I had the same problem on PoGo for three uploads that I did on Sunday July 24th. The game informed me that the uploads had been made but I never received the confirmation emails and they do not appear in my contribution list.
It's as if they had evaporated, the most annoying thing is that they were three spots made at my vacation spot, so I can't repost them because they're much too far from my home now.

The nomination, that appears at a more actual place at the top of the nominations list is an intended resubmission, not the lost one.
For what it's worth, I was on a bit of a hike on Sunday. I had enough bandwidth to play but not enough to submit, so used the "Upload Later" functionality in Ingress. All four of the items are currently showing as "in queue", and I received the notification email very promptly as I uploaded each one individually.
If it helps debug, I didn't use the "Upload All" function; just each separate nomination one at a time.
I uploaded 5 'Upload Later' nominations last night and the oldest one that was uploaded didn't make it into my nominations list. I think it was titled Cole Court Pavilion.
