License Plate denied for stop

I submitted this as it falls in the acceptable category for a wayfaier stop. It was denied due to the license plate option. If you look closely at any of the cars I used my phones software to remove all visible license plates. Why do people not check these things before blindly rejecting a submission.

I presume there was more than one reason for rejection.
Was other criteria also there?
You did a good job on the number plates, but I am thrown by a picture of a carpark with a small waiting shelter and the title of Southport Plaza.
So although some people wrongly selected licence plate, your major issue is around making your case for the plaza.
I have only gone on the partial info you provided if you post the full submission people here can give further advice.
I agree with @Elijustrying-ING that it would be helpful to see the full nomination. With just the photo, it looks like a bus shelter, which wouldn't be eligible. Did you also get "Other Rejection Criteria"?
Removing the license plates should have earned this a photo rejection as it’s “obviously doctored.” Leave them in, rejection; wipe them out, rejection. There’s no way that this picture can meet Niantic image standards.
Yes, the plaza is larger with Two enclosed bench areas and two unenclosed benches. Having a picture of all of that will not be an easy picture to get. This plaza is a changing hub where multiple busses transfer in Kenosha.
Bus shelters aren't eligible. If there's some other gazebo or something that isn’t actually a bus shelter, be sure to make that clear by not including the bus shelters in your pictures.
