Do you think this should've been accepted?
There's this cheater in my city that works in a remote place, he's been trying to create inaccesible wayspots there since it's a private company to have the advantage.
I noticed THIS WAYSPOT showed up not long ago.
Here's the terrible street view he provided to get it accepted.
To my eyes this is just 2 sticks put together to make a forced wayspot.
It must be noted that this is an industrial zone, a mining company and this a place where they process the mining tailings and this "cross" is located in a not so safe area.
Do you think we can get this removed? I believe anybody can put two wood sticks together, plant them anywhere, call it cross and submit it as a wayspot. Besides, it is known by our community that this being uses many accounts to manipulate the gameboard since he has more than 6 pokemon go accounts and multiple ingress acountss too that they use to review their submissions.
In the next comment I'll provide images.

Unfortunately, once a wayspot has been accepted, it will only be removed for PRP, pedestrian access, K-12, 3rd party photo/text, duplicate, adult-oriented, or not existing. Just being a poor candidate isn't enough. Just being on industrial property isn't enough.
The business owner can request to have it removed, or if someone took it down after it was accepted it could be removed then. You'd have to get on the property to provide a geo-tagged photo, though, for option 2. Also the player would probably just make it again, and get it accepted again, so I don't think that's a good option. If the business doesn't want it there, then it will be removed permanently and the area marked to prevent new wayspots. If they like their employees having wayspot access as a perk, they won't remove it, of course.
Is this the kind of wayspots we want to have in the database?
@NianticGiffard
Not really, but once they are in they are almost mpossible to get rid of. Regarding Waypoints, this is the "elephant in the room" Niantic refuse to acknowledge - cheating pays off for abusive nominators.
No, because plain ordinary crosses do not meet the eligibility criteria. But once they are approved, the Wayspot must meet one of the removal criteria categories listed in the app, which are:
For all other cases, Niantic will review the location if the (verified) property owner contacts them via the form provided in the Pokémon GO or Ingress Help centers. However, based on the information present, these objects do not appear to meet the removal criteria.
They will also remove them for 3rd party photos. Fakes will be removed as well, although that is kind of covered under "permanently removed", but it should be more accurately "does not exist".
Idk if it was because I posted this or because I reported it in game, but this horrendous wayspot got removed. Nice.
