Home/Bonus Location

Community,
When I first started Wayfarer I put my home location as my home and the bonus location a town over. Not understanding what it meant. Wayfarer didn't do a good job in explaining what these two locations mean and what were the limitations of the "HOME mark" and the "bonus" location were. I was wondering if anyone could help me adjust my bonus location since it can't be changed until next year.

None of the general community in here can, but sometimes @NianticGiffard has been willing to reset bonus and/or home locations for folks as a one time courtesy.
@NianticGiffard that would simply be amazing! I would love to review other locations rather than just in my home town!
Thanks for reaching out, @ItsDirkMcGirk-PGO! I have reset your bonus location as a one-time courtesy. Cheers!
@NianticGiffard When I set my bonus location, I did not fully understand how it was supposed to work, so I set it almost the same as my home location, not paying any attention to the fact that we would not be allowed to reset it again, which resulted in me getting a limited number of nominations to review. Would you mind helping me reset my bonus location too? I would really appreciate it if you could help me with this.
Done!
Thank you very very very much @NianticGiffard
Very nice of Giffard to release them.
But I do think that there should be two bonus locations instead. While there might have been some logic behind the Home location way back when Ingress was seeding its portals, that was a loong time ago.
Yes. Or, let it be an earned right. Say, for every 1000 agreements you get, you can change your bonus location (or in a year - whichever comes first). And for every 5000 agreements, you can change your home location (or every 5 years - whichever comes first).
TY so much setting my bonus location now!
Hi, I'm a new reviewer (just passed the test this past weekend), and I'm having trouble setting my Bonus Location. TBH, it was tough to set my Home Location too. The "Next" buttons are grayed-out, no matter what I try.
I'm seeing this behavior with both the "Finish Onboarding" screen, and with the "Settings" screen. I tried on both mobile and Desktop, with the same result. Am I the only one having this problem, or is the system buggy?
Can you share a screenshot? You are adding a pin and not just typing in a city name, right?
I figured it out, thanks to your comment. Once I enter a city/state, have I have to click on the map to place a pin. This isn't intuitive, but I'm all set now.
Thanks!
