How about closed down sports places?

Dear all,
I came across a lost Tennis court (I found that nomination quite interesting ) where the reminiscents of a Tennis court were clearly visible. Also I just reviewed a closed down Minigolf Court (I had to have a close Look to find out it was actually closed down)
Am I right that these should be rejected?!
The Thing is - they might be interesting to explore and they are sports areas, which are actually "honeypots". I presume if I reject them, my grade will go down from "super" to "good.". It has happened before.
What do you think of these?!

I try not to judge the quality of the sports court. If it still exists, they can be repaired. Even ones that look run down are still used sometimes. And closed golf courses can be re opened.
If its actually closed, like donezo, gone, kaput. Then yeah, reject because it's no longer in use, and you could reject it for safe pedestrian access.
If its just "seasonal", then I'd say no. Like plenty of places get snow in the winter, and people aren't playing baseball in a foot of snow... But that doesn't actually make it a seasonal object that is temporary and removed, its just temporarily closed due to weather.
No I mean lost cases, likley gone for good
