I'm convinced you'll get help here much faster if you ask your question in english.
Voting can take a long time if you're in an area with not many reviewers or an area with a high density of Wayspots. Sometimes it can take over 2 years for nominations to get resolved.
I notice that your second nomination is marked as "upgrade next". This is not the same as having it marked as "upgraded". You will need to review plenty and earn 100 agreements in order to earn an upgrade, at which point your second nomination will become upgraded. That should help it get through the system more quickly. You should then try to review more and earn another upgrade for the other nomination.
If you're not reviewing other people's nominations, then the backlog will only get bigger and your nominations will just take longer and longer to go through the system.
Everyone is free to post in their native language. Google translate exists and it's very easy to copy and paste a post into it to see what's up if you don't understand the language yourself.
