Creek Waypoint Nomination Rejected

I recently nominated a creek in my area as a waypoint and it was just rejected for "Other Rejection Criteria", "Natural Feature", and "Low Photo Quality", which I understand the last two. I wanted to do more research before I appeal and edit the information on it. I am looking for suggestions, and I had a few ideas.
Should I set the Waypoint as the sign for the creek?
How can I make the Supporting Information more selling? I was thinking of adding quotes from the eligibility criteria page.
Thank you so much for any suggestions or help!! I appreciate it so much.

Yes, if there is a sign for the creek, use that. In your supporting, explain how the creek meets the criteria of a great place to socialize or exercise or explore (probably the last two; nobody is going to believe the much-overused ‘a good place for the community to come together and have fun’ but would probably believe ‘a great place to stomp through the woods’ or ‘a prime location for catching polliwogs’ or somesuch).
It’s not criteria, but reviewers don’t like seeing your shadow in the primary image, so be cognizant of that.
A "natural feature" - not eligible - nominate something else. Meets no Niantic criteria. If there is some sort of sign, use that at the Nomination photo.
Make sure you’ve read and understood the criteria as it’s clear on Natural Feature.
It's very clear that Natural Features aren't mentioned at all in the current criteria.
And at the same time Natural Features is currently listed as a rejection reason when reviewing a nomination. So... not sure what to make of that.
It means Niantic has some problems keeping things organized and updated. I personally think the menu is out of date. I suppose it could be an omission from the criteria pages, but when they released the update criteria they stated in an AMA that natural features are now okay.
Technically, it's just not been removed from the rejections reasons option when reviewing, whe you actually go read the rejection criteria on the help page, natural feature isn't there anymore
