il faut ajouter un peu plus de details, vous faites vraiment plus aucun effort
The castle of Seilhac, on the edge of the RD 920, overhangs the road and dominates the small valley from its terraces. Property of Pierre de Chanac in the XIIIth century, it became in the XIVth century the property of the Pompadours. Then it was sold in the 16th century to the lords of Gourdon who took the name of Seilhac. The castle was registered as a Historic Monument on 2021/01/21.

The waypoint is located at the level of the east tower. It is located less than 40 meters from the public road (on the side of the church) and is perfectly playable even with the most demanding Niantic games in terms of location (Ingress). Google StreetView screenshots (1. et 2.) show that there are no fences and that it is possible to move forward
Considering the historical character of the castle and the accessibility of the waypoint in the game, I think the waypoint should stay in the Wayfarer network.

after some internet research and some different look of the situation, i confirm this portal shoudn't stay on the Intel Network.

depuis quand une propriété privé est un critère de suppression ? tout l'ensemble des chateau de France sont des propriétés privé, faut il tout supprimer selon votre degré d'exigence ?
I visited this castle during the "heritage day". (The guides were charming, but I digress).
This POI is perfectly valid. #KillerStyle
I'm not talking about " we can reach the portal or not ", but about the location.

" Position is a private residential property ( even if historical ) (...) ".
It's in rules. No my fault.
And no, not all castels are private. Chateau de Versailles is not private, the French Country is the actual owner.
The ability to interact with the in game object from outside the property is irrelevant.
The only thing the matters if is whether or not the property is a single family residence. If yes, then every Wayspot on the property must be removed.
Another Ingress Res - Enl little local war... Res/Enl Agents try to remove Enl/Res portal. Somehow an Agent of one faction never tries to remove a portal in his color. This forum is not for Ingress wars but for Waystops appelas. GO AND PLAY FAIR!
Cordialement xoxo
Hence it is known as "French Faction Fight". The same French agents from both sides are keep arguing things like this in this forum everytime.
Yet they didn't care for a local Wayspot reported by some local PoGO spoofers repeatedly for "PRP" reason.

It's so... Polish... :D
It's always the case isn't it. Just like those facilties in private condominum. It's not accessible to general public yet. Everytime I submit for removal, Niantic will reject.
Schrödinger Wayspot. It doesn't meet the guidelines of being a Wayspot, but it doesn't meet the guidelines for removal. 😁
Thanks for the appeal, Agent. We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
Need to understand. It's a PRP...
So here is the question. Is there at least one "heritage day" per year when visitors are allowed into the castle and castle grounds? If so, then this is a perfectly valid Portal, the PRP rule does not apply. Book a place on the tour and hack those portals.....
Condo facilities can be considered if it meets the acceptance criteria and none of the rejection. The PRP is for POI "that are on single family residences or private farmlands." I'm assuming these are the single-building and skyscraper type condos, not the estate type/single family condominiums.
Can you clarify the definition of “private residential property?” Are multi-family residences included in this rejection reason? What about Wayspots that are within 40m of a private residence?
The considerations when looking at private residential property have not changed with the criteria refresh. Considering that multi-family residences like apartment complexes can have publicly accessible amenities (like playground equipment), these could still be eligible as long as they meet all of the acceptance criteria. Nominations that appear to be within 40m of private, single-family residential property should be very closely reviewed to make sure they are not on private residential property, and that they are accessible from locations not on private residential property.
The criteria issue with accessibility is not if it has access to the general public, only safe pedestrian access. Trespassing is a player violation, not a criteria problem.
How does “publicly accessible” apply to locations that have limited access, like members-only clubs, gated communities, time-restricted areas?
Just like with the definition of private residential property, this guideline hasn’t changed. These locations would still be eligible, including restricted areas on the grounds of a company’s headquarters or behind locked gates so long as there wouldn’t be objections to you entering the area and the location is accessible to some folks. We do not expect all players to have access to all locations but we strongly recommend following real-world rules while attempting to access locations.
