I received outcome appeal of this nominations:
The location is correct, rotating the view of Google Maps you can show the main entrance of it. Furthermore, seeing the Google Maps images of previous years, it is even easier to recognize the position.

I can't see your original complete nomination bit did the supporting photo include the sign and show a lot more of the surroundings so the location could be verified ?
I've seen a few lately where the supporting photo didn't include the actual object so it would be impossible to verify unless you lived nearby.
The Google listing for D'Erico Paolo PianoForti says that it is permanently closed, which is likely why Niantic rejected this. Do you have any evidence that this is incorrect?
