Portals are not syncing in ingress

It's already been 84 hours or more my 12 approved nomination are not live in ingress. But they are live in PoGo somehow. It's said that it can take up to 48 hours but it's already past more than that.
Is anyone else having the same issue?

Ingress sync was probably skipped during this past weekend due to the big event in Munich, to make sure nothing gets broken
Does this also explain why, after me taking a 15km hike on Saturday, that the newly accepted photos still aren’t synced back into Ingress?
I’m already frustrated that new photos don’t get synced back to Ingress unless one is also able to apply a “thumbs up” vote to them in Pogo.
I’ve been wondering if this unusually extra long delay is a new bug or just an extended delay.
The photo sync bug in Ingress is a long standing issue that still hasn't been resolved yet.
Hopefully it's the reason and the sync process will be normal soon for ingress.
Both are bugged.
Some photos after thumbs up in both have come through in PoGo others remain Ingress only.
I had one accepted a month or so ago and it doesn’t even appear when I use the key.
pin the same park A submission ended up as a duplicate. For that one my picture is there with no sign of the duplicate. It may be there in PoGo but it will be awhile before I’m there again.

Ingress photos haven't sync'd all year.
The 2021 fix (thumbs up in PoGo) doesn't help the 2022 bug.

Still missing 4 portals from Friday 29th and Satuday 30th.
Thumbing up photos in PoGo to make them appear in Ingress has absolutely been working in 2022. My last personal try was a couple of months ago and it worked like a charm.
Your photos are appearing in Pogo?
I've done the same successfully too.
Yet thumbs-upped photos that were accepted on July 12 and on July 27, for which I finally managed to get to the location on July 30, none of those photos have yet appeared in Ingress.
Sometimes photos are added to pogo but are "hidden". The total photo count will not increase and they won't be listed in the gallery view. However if you tap to view the full size version of an image and then keep scrolling to the right you should see the new photo(s) and adding a thumbs up to it typically will add it to the gallery and increase the count.

Niantic has not said anything so far...I hope it is not an issue that they can't resolve :S
Perhaps because we're all over here complaining about a Wayfarer issue when it's more likely a server-side Ingress bug. Maybe somebody with more time available can browse through those forums https://community.ingress.com/en/categories/report-a-bug to see what else is being said/done about the bug.
@NianticGiffard can you please have a look on the issue? Wayspots accepted from 28 july- 1 august are still not syncing in ingress.
Actually, I've noticed the wayspots I had Approved during that period have now shown up in IITC. I haven't checked Ingress, but I suspect it should have now synced across the game board.
The majority of mine approved either on the 29th or 30th of July still haven't synced. I'm particularly annoyed that one of them, which is featured and well away from other wayspots still isn't in Ingress.
IITC is a third-party app that uses data from intel.ingress.com. IITC could be behind on Ingress updates, but can never be ahead.
My approved edits from 28-30th July and approved removals from 28-30th July still do not reflect in Ingress.
My approved nomination in Ingress showed up in Pogo as expected but not in Ingress. I up-voted the photo at about 2:00 in the afternoon, and it appeared in Ingress about 4 hours later.
Since 29.7. In PoGO immediately, Ingress still zero :(
do you need a certain level for that?
For the records, my nomination which has been approved via appeal appeared in the game after a while. Unfortunately, I can't check whether there is a like on Pokemon go as I am too far away.
My "normally approved" nomination has not yet appeared in ingress even if it has been approved the day before

The previous problem is yet to fix and I'm facing the same problem again. Wayspots accepted from 13 August till now are not appearing in the game. And it's really frustrating.
same here! The last three nominations approved aren’t in Ingress… One of them appeared in PoGo but the others I can’t confirm cause are in other city
I'm not really surprised that the non-sync accepted-photos bug has snowballed into not syncing new portals. That's what happens when you leave a sync bug for over a year, while changing code around it. The bug grows.
Insightful! Yes, my accepted Wayspots have only been appeals lately, and they do show on the Intel map.
My last new-nomination acceptance was Aug 11, and it did show up on the map.
Most of my other first-time nominations have been In Voting a few months, and haven't resolved yet. That's normal around here.
