Hello Niantic

This is a re-report of a Wayspot that I reported in the past on these forums, a Wayspot you agreed fit the removal criteria and removed.

This Wayspot has been re-submitted, and is now in the Wayspot network, but it still is ineligible because of the reasons mentioned in my last report
