Triplicated portal, the playgrounds issue.
Title of the Wayspot: Sube y baja Bicolor / Juego Circular / Columpio Bicolor para niños
Location: -34.192670, -70.746807
City: Rancagua
Country: Chile
Screenshot of the Rejection Email: I reported the 3 portals but only this one got the decision made.
Photos to support your claim: Street view
Additional information: As far as I know, playgrounds cannot be separated in different structures but abusers still do it. These 3 structures are all next to each other but 3 wayspots were made out of them anyway. In the past these wayspots were misplaced on purpose in different cells for them to become pokestops as I reported a few months ago, they got moved to their real location but then they ended up in a convenient cluster like they are now, they're also 3 pokestops in 1 cell.

Comments
The abuses you describe occur all over the world.
Abusers want evenly spaced PokeStops and have no regard for their quality.
As a result, the POIs advocated by Niantic are rapidly becoming SCRAP.
And the Wayfarer team is also importing a lot of low quality wayspots from foursquare with different values and rapidly increasing their scrapping.
Tintino did not answer the question of what value a motorcycle dealer on an Indian street corner has as a wayspot.
I would ask Niantic if they want to continue to destroy the core of Niantic's game or if they want to rebuild it.
As for your issue this time around, when a wayspot is repositioned, all certain areas should be recalculated to show the correct wayspot display.

And here's a view of the cluster of pokestops in Pokemon Go:
Thanks for the appeal, @Noctarion-ING! After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to retire the Wayspots in question.
Thank you @NianticLC! I saw you merged all 3 wayspots, hopefully you could do the same with this similar situation and re-review the wayspots that the abuser created.
