Photos are attached to the request, along with a 360º photo of the place, where, together with the satellite view of Google Maps, the existence and location of this POI can be confirmed.

Thanks for the appeal, @Jofranmoga-PGO! It looks like we haven’t gotten to this request yet or it hasn’t been submitted via the Scanner; at this time, we only take appeals to overturn decisions we’ve already made.
Hi @NianticLC, thank you for your dedication and your time in reviewing the petition. I don't know the reasons why the POI in question is not referenced as deleted in the system (Scanner or other)... But that's right, it has disappeared for no reason, both from Pokémon Go and Ingress. If you could review it again, I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance. ☺️
