Thank you!
Hi @jokeinsurance-PGO! Thanks for the appeal. We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
How does it not fit the criteria for removal? The waypoint is on private residential property.
Looks like multi family to me
In Realtor listing for the home #1 - https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1321-T-St-NW-Washington-DC-20009/405555_zpid/ (taken from the OP), it says
Facts and features
Type: MultiFamily
Interesting enough, I reported a LFL nearby on someone's property that was on the same style of homes and it got removed.
Here is the street view of LFL waypoint that was removed: 1445 S St. NW https://maps.app.goo.gl/rBRVxrMQJbCYRXCv8
Also, 1445 S St. NW is also multifamily home: https://www.redfin.com/DC/Washington/1428-S-St-NW-20009/home/9869646
So I am trying to understand; why was a LFL waypoint removed from a mutilfamily property but a plaque waypoint also on mutilfamily property wasn't? Any calcification would be much appreciated, thank you!
And for proof on the LFL, I've attached two screenshots:
(Not sure why I decided to submit a new photo then report it for being on private property, lol smh)
@NianticLC , @NianticVK , @NianticAtlas , @NianticGiffard can you please take another look at the Conservation Easement waypoint that I reported? Thank you.
The LFL probably should not have been removed and you should be ashamed of yourself for reporting it.
LFL cannot be accepted if they are on the property of a private home.
