what does it mean if there's a niantic logo next to "In Voting"

I have several nominations that are labeled as "In Voting" on the Contributions page. However, one of them has a Niantic symbol next to the In Voting label. What does that mean? Sorry if this question already got posted or discussed and I missed it. The voting has already resolved for the nomination or I'd post a picture of it.
Furthermore, some of my nominations have orange-reddish tag on the upper-right corner of the nominations that have been accepted. What does that mean?

It means Niantic is voting on the nomination. Since it resolved, this was either “random” or because it was really old.
Accepted nominations get a banner in the corner.
The Niantic logo means that Niantic staff/contractors reviewed the nomination rather than the community of player-reviewers.
I think the orange ribbon you are referring to indicates that the nomination was accepted.
Ohh ok that makes sense. Thanks very much. Is there anything besides nominations being really old that makes Niantic get involved to review them? It's not like it was a particularly problematic or abusive nomination or anything. It was a barber pole that's unique to a small town. Something that I could see people going either way on, but not like a really controversial nomination, per se.
Niantic "quasi-randomly" reviews some nominations as part of a settlement.
There is also a theory that certain words can trigger a nomination to be sorted into Niantic voting. A lot of educated guesses, but no firm knowledge on what words cause this.
There is firm knowledge of several words that cause this. The nominations which encounter this issue have not been reviewed by Niantic, even if they say they are being reviewed. If your nomination is taken from On Hold into Niantic Voting after editing, you have encountered one of these words.
