Theth Waterfall, destination of a hike denied as Natural Feature

We encourage activity, hiking, being outdoors, so I am a bit confused that a 100 feet high waterfall (which is the end point of a locally well known hike) gets rejected as a Natural Feature.. Help me to understand or to get this approved?

Title of the Wayspot: Theth Waterfall

Location: 42.377355228030765, 19.79467398389934

City: Theth

Country: Albania

Nice natural feature - not eligible. Is there a sign anywhere ?

Also, I would have rejected it because people were in the photo

I agree! As a nature enthusiast and outdoors person rather than a city-slicker, I find it appaling that all wayspots need to be man-made! It's ridiculous that a beautiful natural waterfall is unacceptable but the SIGN describing the waterfall would be fine.

I understand the point that people would start abusing this by nominating every tree in the forest, and where would you put the wayspot for the entire Mississippi River? But surely there should be exceptions?? Not every natural attraction has a sign.
