Additional information: as you can see on the picture taken, the object have been removed. In addition it was placed on the private balcony of the top floor apartment.

I know glasses are expensive.
But as you can see on your own photo the little devil is still there :
As for the private balcony something on the wall has never been a report criteria but if it is i will gladly keep that for some "plaque notaire"
But still it's on a private residential property.
You are alerady submitting mass produced towns maps (14400 in Paris only very unique isn't?).
It may be on a private balcony but why are you trying to fool Niantic by saying it's not here anymore?

Unicity has never been a criteria.
I don't decide what's ok and what's not i just follow Niantic's decisions. They said maps are ok.

Thanks for the appeal, Agent. We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
