Additional information: The murals drawn by kids on the water outlet should qualify in the wayspot criteria. The water outlet itself is within in a community garden on a public walk. The paths name is in the supporting picture and also verifiable through different maps. Also as seen on the first screenshot there was no reason given by the reviewer, why this does not qualify.

Simply - it's a weak nomination. It was rejected by the community and Niantic's appeal. What more would you expect?
Reasoning why it was rejected as all other nominations have it. I get its not a 5* Nomination but no full trash either. I would be good to know why it was rejected, and I'd expect especially since Niantic reviewed it, it would have a reasoning attached to it. So this is more or less way to get a second look and hopefully some sort of statement why it was rejected.

It's a recurring issue anyway. Niantic review rejections don't come with any reasons.

you sadly overlooked the title and the description - It is a appeal on the niantic review.
The section description says this is the place to appeal such decisions.
Any new info on this?
This is the place to appeal rejected removal/restoration edit requests, not submission appeals nor Niantic review.
It says "nomination appeals not accepted", meaning you cannot appeal any rejected nominations here. It doesn't mean you can appeal rejected appeals.
