Why doesn't Niantic have a dedicated customer care email where we can can them aware of the problems we are facing and I think don't get me started me on the wayfarer helpbot where we have to select their issues not tell ours. Like they don't wanna even listen to the players.
They did used to have an email back in the day. The address is still listed on the Google Play Store listing for Pokémon Go. They moved away from that to in app support chats though, and to the Niantic Support Twitter account. In some ways, whilst support is still mediocre, it is actually better now than it was back then.
