Niantic haven't finished removing all the waypoints from my second post, but I'm going to post round 3 now anyway. This is the great art purge. Some of these have yoinked photos, but a good number of them are legitimate, unique photos that have been taken on location and then just submitted in Kiribati instead.
(Edited a few times because a few of the ones I have compiled have already been removed in the last 24 hours before I even posted. Great job!)

4 more fake portals have popped up over the last 24 hours, 3 in locations that directly replace already removed fakes.
"Estadio Internacional De Islas Cook" - https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=1.953626,-157.484636&z=17&pll=1.953626,-157.484636: Again, this islet has no human structurs on it. And there are buildings in the photo
"Neludia Cochinos y Sucios Flys" - https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=1.987822,-157.475049&z=17&pll=1.987822,-157.475049: Look at satellite view. There are no walls or paved floors there. Also the name seems to be meant to **** someone? Neludia is a Spanish language Pokemon Go Youtuber. The name has nothing to do with the photo subject matter.
"Cochino Cerdo Fly" - https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=1.988419,-157.477515&z=17&pll=1.988419,-157.477515: You guys have already removed a fake portal in this location and already there are new ones. Name is similar to the previous. Satellite view shows no structures there. There should be no benefit of the doubt given to any new portal on Kiritimati Island.
"Mono Drogao" - https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=1.980939,-157.478141&z=17&pll=1.980939,-157.478141: Paved floors and roads in the background. Such a building structure also does not exist on Kiritimati
@NianticAaron @NianticLC The abuse is ongoing. You guys need to put a temporary hold on all new waypoints on Kiribati, specifically on the Line Islands i.e. timezone UTC+14
Hey @VeIvetRemedy-ING! We have reviewed this report and taken action on 82 Wayspots and 21 Wayfinders in accordance with our policies. While we are unable to discuss our actions in detail to protect the submitter’s privacy, they may include, but are not limited to, sending a warning message, placing restrictions on their Wayfarer, Pokémon GO, or Ingress account, putting their account on probation, or placing a temporary or permanent suspension on their Wayfarer, Pokémon GO or Ingress account.
Thanks for helping us maintain the quality of the Wayspots.
82 Wayspots? Good job, at least.
It's just a matter of time until those spoofers resubmitting them back..., or is it possible to have Niantic reviewers to review any nominations that came from Kiribati?
What a investigation
I hope part of "taking action" is preventing new waypoints from being accpted on that island.
Very unlikely, I've never seen them do this before, even on larger cases of abuse. My advice is to wait a few days, and then begin compiling anything that is left, since it seems they are going right back to submitting these fakes. Looking at the Wayfarer app there are quite a lot remaining. If you want to reach out to me privately (Discord, Campfire, Telegram, etc), I can help you work on it.
Fly (the English verb) is used in Spanish to refer to spoofers.
Interesting Research. So they will remove all the wayspots on the island to give all the counterfeiters their remedy?
Well done all.
Since they can when they chose to geoblock certain areas and as Kiribati is an island it should be easy to put a stop on this. As @patsufredo-PGO says this is the way forward.
What are the geoblocked areas by Niantic?
On a small scale If requested by owners set places won’t allow poi. On a slightly larger scale this can be larger sites eg our local hospital site has no waypoints and you can’t make any there….. just keep scaling it up
@NianticAaron @NianticLC A brand new fake just went live and you still haven't removed all the other fakes that have been listed. You guys sleeping or? Why are portals for that island still allowed to leave the review process?
It is possible what are appearing now are duplicate that weren't visible when the pokestop/portal was still there?
See, I told'ja. @NianticAaron @NianticLC as long as the spoofers set their home/bonus locations to Kiribati they'd just accept everything nominated by themshelves.
The only possible solution is to have Niantic staffs to review every nominations from the Island. Or maybe, periodically send nominations from Oceania countries to the reviewers all around the world.
We have reviewed this location and made necessary changes to the Wayspots. We have also taken action against 21 Wayfinders in accordance with our policies.
They dont even have to set their home/bonus locations. If they spoof there, it will be their local review area. Considering how small and remote the island is, the backlog is likely nonexistant. And considering the entire point of these fakes is to spoof there to take advantage of the time zone, it seems clear that that is what is happening.
It would seem by your ‘extensive research’ that you have nothing better in your life to do than moan about the amount of stops in a place your never going to visit! So what if people spoof in the game to make it better for their overall experience. Niandick make so much more money from spoofers than Karens like you! Why dont you see it as spoofers are helping out communities where there are little to no stops for miles! If your that bothered, either don’t play or download a spoofing app and enjoy the benefits! Absolute joke of a human!
Now they're coming...
Your fighting a losing battle! Theres so many bots out there that these stops will be back within a week or so! Why waste your time trying to get a company who don’t care about you unless you give them money! What affect does this have on your personal game play! Is it because these spoofers haven’t added 50 stops to your location?
Let's be honest, He's right. Niantic doesn't care and those stops will be back sooner or later.
If Niantic cared, they would have removed all those wayspots and perma banned all the cheaters involved, but they never do that.
Wayfarer abuse is also a way to ingame strikes. Since the ingame support bot doesnt accept attachments when reporting spoofers (although it asks for such things for other concerns) this way could be the most effective one to serve spoofers strikes.
So, let's say Good bye.
P.S. @29andCounting-PGO congratz for exposing you, too, by liking the post of this bollockfaced foghorn of ignorance.
@Raachermannl-ING congrats for exposing yourself for what you are as well
Is 29 the number of the account? We have also a guy in our town, who names his spoof acounts all with toast and the number ..... dunno how many are banned, but afaik he is at 11 toasts ...
That person is the "leader" of the St. Cloud abuse ring. So yeah, the number is probably accurate. @28andCounting-PGO exists also. They don't try to hide it.
@NianticAaron You sure about that? Every portal in my post at the top of page 2 is still live. I'm sure you can also read in this topic the threat to use bots to mass submit fakes. Blocking UTC+14 submissions is the only solution.
Yes lets say goodbye! To [REDACTED] that have nothing better to do in life then complain about little things like this. Without spoofers i bet you there wouldn't be anywhere near the amount of stops in the world as there are today. Just remember that these stops are not spoofer specific and that legit people can spin them and gain the benefits. Lets not forget about the legit people like myself that lives in the middle of now where which have no stops and has to go to town to spin the only gym and 2 stops because the game is unfair on rural places. Niantic only introduced remote raid passes to get money out of the people who have nothing in their communities. Its disgusting.
@NianticOtoStar maybe you want to kick this spoofer above out of this forum and review all his nominations, instead of closing another EIIR postboxes discussion.
Review my nominations? I don’t review stops or contribute to them! Grow up will you! Nothing but a keyboard warrior hiding behind the screen trying to ruin a game for people!
