Is there any hope for this nomination?

This tiki hut is in a football stadium. It's impossible to take a picture without people in it. I tried my best to blur faces but I got rejections "doesn't meet criteria, face, body part, and extraneous objects".

Yeah it needs no people in it….but what is it’s purpose?
It's a pavilion
That's difficult. With no seats under them, they don't particularly look like a good place to socialize. It's kind of weird. Are there maybe tables under them for some events that were just moved out of the way that day?
It’s a concept I am not familiar with (U.K. reviewer) and the idea of these next to the field of play is puzzling. That combined with the way they look makes me think temporary for some special event.
But since this is not in my experience I will step out now.
Is it a bar area? Buy your drink/food sit under here?
The two main issues I have with this nomination are 1) people 2) access to try to re submit. 1) I think it's nearly impossible to get a picture without people. I tried to blur their faces, but I guess just having people in the photo is a no go? Although I don't agree with that, I guess there's nothing I can do. 2) access. This is at a professional football stadium. It's not like I can just pop in anytime to try to get a better photo. I might be there one more time this year. So just trying to gauge if it's worth one more attempt.
Nominations do not require that they contain no people. Some places are busy 24/7, there will always be someone in the way.
A nomination that contains people is only ineligible if they are the subject of the photo.
@Elijustrying-ING Just to give some insight. Professional football teams try to give their fans a unique experience when they visit their stadiums. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have a pirate themed stadium, complete with a giant pirate ship that sets off cannon sound when they score. Next to the pirate ship is a beach theme area with a row of tiki huts. They're mainly for shade but I don't think the presence or absence of chairs makes them ineligible.
I mean, the pirate ship would be a great place to explore, but you're tripping over "tiki huts" anywhere on the Florida coast. I'd only think they'd qualify for socialize, and I don't think some shade without any seats under it is really a great place to socialize when you're already in a giant stadium with plenty of seats and places to hang out.
That being said, pretty much everything submitted gets accepted in that area of Florida if you don't upgrade. My guess is you'd mostly have trouble with the reviewers who forget/don't know that background people are allowed in crowded places. Maybe if you stay in as long as they let you after the game most people will have cleared out and you can find an angle. I've been to stadiums that give free tours as well. Maybe they have one of those that would take you by the ship area when no game is on.
Perhaps you shouldn't alienate the locals and they might be willing to help you.
I'm shocked their voting cabal couldn't force this through.
The term cabal can be seen as offensive. Please edit. I prefer the term gaggle.
Just FYI this was accepted on appeal.
