Not giving me reviews that I know of

Hey,
I am from Israel and I moved few year ago to Lithuania for study purpose.
I set my profile to Israel and Lithuania, yet most of my reviews are from Poland / Riga / Latvia, some of them from Lithuania yet non from Israel, is it supposed to be like that?
Like, usually I need to use translate to understand what the description etc., ain't I supposed to get the countries I am familiar with?

The area which you get served reviews from (aside from your home/bonus locations) is quite large and is centred on where you last interacted with a Niantc game. In some parts of the world this will mean that you get reviews from multiple surrounding countries, especially common in Europe and Asia.
All you can do is try your best with tools such as google translate.
Have you set your profile "Home" location to Israel?
Hometown is where I currently live because there is where I'll play the most for the next 5-6 years or so, set it to Lithuania.
I set Israel as the bonus location.
Maybe there isn't that many subs in Israel and Lithuania. It makes sense getting stuff from Latvia and Poland for what I remember they are have borders right? It's weird though you don't get stuff from Israel neighbors. I have my bonus in Canada not that far from a border and sometimes I review subs from the US.
