The building still exists and is still unique. The University Sorbonne Nouvelle left this building but other associations and universities use this site. You forgot to show the second sign with occupations. There are associative programs, sports rooms and even universities have courses in this building because they lack rooms in theirs.
Here is a picture of the complete occupants of the building and a screenshot of an email from a union. The last sentence says that other universities rent places for their courses.
Suggestion for a new title for this wayspot : Campus Censier
On my picture there are no other sign.
The building still exist and is it not unique typical from the 60's, build fast decay fast. Even university website did not mentionned the architect

The site at the moment no longer have any educational activity, and is dangerous because of the presence of asbestos.
Here is a few articles about building hazard's caused by asbestos and its future.
https://cgt.fercsup.net/syndicats/ile-de-france/universite-paris-3-sorbonne-nouvelle/article/le-site-censier-est-amiante-il-doit-etre-desamainte-avant-toute-nouvelle
This stated that in July 2024 building works will starts to remove the asbestos and will have a duration of a least 6 years. Between now and July 2024 a charity is in charge of occupying the building - a common practice that avoid being occupied by others.
After the works it will have an educational purpose but will it be the same building? No one knows. Will be finish in time? Of course not. Will the building still exist? Maybe.
Anyway, this site no longer host Sorbonne Université, is dangerous and therefore should be removed from the portal network.
The site is dangerous and lot of people still wotk there every day... I guess you know very well this site because you used to work there for many years... You just chose not to show the other sign...
Asbestos is dangerous but it has been here since the construction of the building. The building is safe to be occupied but there are some protocols to follow not to let asbestos go in the air....
Even you managed to enter the site to use ultra strikes on the portal, but perhaps you wore a suit.
Direct live, this is a hazardous campus and nobody works here... And one of your bmue friends is on site
Great pictures showing persons without their consent.
But is this place part of Sorbonne Nouvelle?
The answer is no , this building complex is no longer part of it as proved in previous posts.
Also thanks to your picture above , the building on the back no longer stated "Université Sorbonne Nouvelle Paris 3".
Here a street view from 2018.
What is bmue friends?
So, just change the name of the wayspot...
Thank you for your remark mister "submit all banks", edit didn't work.
Why changing the name?
What is interesting or remarkable about this building now?
Don't forget : this museum is permanently closed, the wayspot has been removed and recreated

Ouah such bad faith, if go there you will see a nice plate on the wall. Information from Google maps are not accurate I.e parks opening and closing times.
About the museum the plate is still there, the museum is still there. Opening to public is not criteria for removing portal.
Where is la "Sorbonne Nouvelle" now? Here https://intel.ingress.com/?ll=48.845209,2.396639&z=16&pll=48.845209,2.396639
"no university activity on site". Once again you forgot your glasses :
Is that an office from la "Sorbonne Nouvelle?" let me answer for you, it is not.
You can twist the reality as much as you want, in real life the university la "Sorbonne Nouvelle" has moved to this location https://intel.ingress.com/?ll=48.845209,2.396639&z=17&pll=48.845209,2.396639 and has no longer activities with the former site.
So just ask for a rename and stop trying to full NIA by posting things you can't see...
The two of you arguing back and forth isn’t fruitful.
Should Niantic decide to investigate it would make most sense for you both to plead your position with them directly - you’re not going to convince each other.
Sorbonne Nouvelle University moved several month ago. Some pictures show it. Why continue to deny and affirm that the university is still there ? The studies are officially on the new site, the administrative services are on the new site. A closing party was organised in April and then postponed to June where people could say goodbye to the site. The signs on the walls have been removed. The informations signs show that officially Sorbonne Nouvelle University is no longer there but associations. Why does Niantic hesitate to agree with what the university officially considers to be no longer on this dilapidated and dangerous site ? Frequent flooding and asbestos risks led to the closure of the rooms. This buildong is no longer the adress of Sorbonne Nouvelle University and if i want to go there, it id no longer where i will go. Any registered student will go to the site of Nation and it is not in hos interest to occupy a room where he will be alone without professor and without the others students. The signs on the pictures prove that the university is not there anymore. The building itself is architecturally uninteresting and does not fit into the criteria of Niantic. There no reason for the portal to exist in ingress game and others game proponed by niantic because of the outdated information. In addition the new site is already a portal by several month with the same name. I don’t understand why this invalid portal exist again and the information can’t be updated and we stay in the denial.
Have you read my messages? Sorbonne Nouvelle moved, that's why I'm saying a rename of the wayspot would be more accurate... I'm saying this campus still holds cultural, sports and university activities... So it still meets criteria for being a wayspot...
These 2 wayspots used to belong to Université Sorbonne Nouvelle too, did you report them as well?

If you think they should be removed, then do it. You have more free time than anyone here.
This thread should be closed while waiting for Nia decisions. @NianticAtlas why it's so long?
@NianticLC @NianticCasey-ING any update?
@NianticLC why did you close @SSSputnik-ING 's thread instead? This episode of French Factiom Fight is even a real deal, y'know?
@patsufredo-PGO more than 1 month without any answer from Niantic. And the number of post with open status is wrong.
Sorry for the delay in responding, @Fronsac-ING. We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
Thanks, but what are the criteria for removals?
Niantic is removing Wayspot where the object represented are still in place, but you are keeping Wayspot on private property while the owner of the land ask you to remove it or in this case when it's agreed that the uni represented by this Wayspot has moved miles away and the current location has nothing to do with previous activity.
Niantic is editing rules but at least be consistent!
Thank you, now please close this thread!
