Formerly this wayspot was an information point as can be seen in the images.

Thanks for the appeal, @MoskaCojonera-PGO! We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it doesn't meet our criteria for removal at this time.

This portal has been removed today.
As you can see in the attached pictures. What happened here is an update of the existing information point.
They added a new brand logo of the business association and updated the info.
Here you can find a more detailed view with the logo of the business association and the logo of the council (Concello de Ames)
In this case @Policlates-ING is using @MoskaCojonera-PGO to report wayspot and avoid penalties over his ingress account because of the abuses he is doing of the forum and over the portal network.
I kindly ask you or @NianticAtlas who was mentioned in the post below, to restore the wayspot and act over his accounts.

This place was never and of course is not an outlet. The only update this wayspot needs is an updated picture.
Just to clarify it a little bit more, here the comparison of both pictures:

The only reason for this account to exist is to annoy the persons who play by the rules.

Should I understand then the portal will be restored? Because as I mentioned before it was removed and doesn't exist anymore.
Will you act against the player/s who are trying to falsify evidence or manipulate your decision?

Could you indicate what is the manipulation and deception to which you refer?
The images provided in the post are the real ones of the place and
you yourself have admitted that the wayspot has been modified.
Both @NianticVK and @NianticLC have already indicated that the appeal does not meet the criteria for removal and no one has disputed this decision.
Please show the community the manipulation you refer to.

What I have written is the truth. As you can see in the images the wayspot has been modified. The wayspot no longer has the "i" symbol for information and does not have the word "information" in its actual title. Now it is just a window display. What is manipulation or deception?

Beloved @Trecolas-PGO , the intention of my post is clear, for that reason it is published in "invalid wayspot appeals". I am glad to see that you finally accept that there is no deception or manipulation on my part.
As I have indicated before, the moderators have already spoken about it and no one has disputed their decision.

Sorry if I'm not clear about my statements. Let's try once again.
I totally agree with the decision of the moderators. The wayspot should remain and that's exactly what I'm asking here.
I asked the moderators to act against the players who are trying to manipulate their decisions. If you think you didn't manipulate don't worry about it. Just let them do their job and stop spamming the post.
I really think you are trying to falsify evidence to manipulate the decision and it is against the guidelines.
Hopefully, it's clear this time.
My friend, the publication is created by me. Responding to their accusations is not spamming, it's defending myself.
If the moderators must take action against someone, it is against those who call manipulating and deceiving to have a different criterion which can be right or wrong.
Stop trying to intimidate those of us who have a different opinion by asking for punishment.
The appeal has already been answered several times. @NianticVK anda @NianticLC I beg you to close this post so that it does not continue to be distorted.
