Additional information: Not sure why was it removed. Probably because in Street View (outdated, from 2012) it looks like a kindergarten which it indeed used to be years ago but no longer is - which is obvious in the pictures. The building itself is now exploited by different art organizations, e.g. MMLAB https://goo.gl/maps/FYeYJiQ8MGa1BN459

Thanks for the appeal, @Imantas404-ING! It looks like we haven’t gotten to this request yet or it hasn’t been submitted via the Scanner; at this time, we only take appeals to overturn decisions we’ve already made.
I am asking to bring back wayspot (that has been incorrectly removed) to the game, not remove it. There is no way to report it in the scanner since it does not exist in the game anymore. Sorry if I didn't make it clear the first time.

Thanks for following-up. We gave this a second look and decided to reinstate the Wayspot in question.
