Title of the Wayspot: Fallen Cliff Diver Memorial

Additional information: There was a wayspot removed from the above location. The plaque exists, there is access, albeit by boat or kayak. Here is a photosphere from nearby that shows someone accessing the same area by kayak. I am working on a photosphere from the location, but I'm still curious why it was removed to begin with and believe it should be put back into the system

Obviously no pedestrian access.
Plenty of pedestrian access. It's a public lake, as are the islands in the lake.
@WheelTrekker-ING You can disagree with me, but I know you can't provide a reason that provides any sort legitimacy in it's removal... Being sad that you can't use a kayak to play this game is your problem, not anyone else who is willing to put in a little effort....
A kayak is not a footpath, trail, or other safe area to stand.
That's not safe pedestrian access and Niantic has removed similar wayspots for this very reason. You can disagree with them, but it's their game.
What's unsafe about it? How is this any different than a lighthouse or a park located on an island?
You use the kayak to get to the island.....
So the portals on this island, also up for removal?
Or maybe this one, the statue of liberty? Requires a boat....
