More Information? Send Again? WHAT is the meaning of the APPEALS?

I have just received the outcome of this appeal:
- The candidate is not a business but it is a "Corporate UNIVERSITY CAMPUS"
- I have already sent the application several times, and I assigned the appeal precisely to avoid sending it again (the appeals should have this purpose)
- More Information??? In the supplementary information, I have included the official web site of the Neapolis Innovation Campus
- The Cultural Importance??? All requested Information there are on Google or Official Web Site
