Connected with wrong account and can't fix

Hello, I'm in trouble about that my father can't connect wayfare properly with his Google account. It is connected with my account now.
I reached level.37 and tried to disconnect my Google/facebook account from my father's login display by I logout. But I couldn't. It's automatically show my account page when I try to put his proper Google account informations from below display, even though I logout from it.
Could you please tell me how can we solve about this?
Why it happened? :
1, My father wanted to build a PokeStop but he thought he don't have his google account, and my mother said to him “Don't make that kind of weird thing!“ Btw, they are old people so saying weird things, I know.
2, I lend him my account but I intended it will be temporarily. I was lazy to check and make about his Google account then but I regret it now.
3, Maybe his PokemonGo account and my Google account was connected at the point, so I can't sign up/resister with his proper Google account with his phone for him now.

Lending your account to your father is technically breaking the ToS at start, though.
But anyway, how did your father login to Pokemon GO before this was happened, did he only use PTC login method?
Thank you very much for your response, and I'm sorry about a wrong thing happened. I don't understand about PTC method so I'll explain his login method, start to end.
His method :
1, Opened PokemonGo from the icon on his phone display.
2, Tapped monster-ball icon of middle.
3, Tapped gear icon for setting.
4, Tapped NEW POKESTOP.
5, Tapped Continue with Google.
6. Resistered my Google account.
(7, He couldn't use it because I wasn't level 37 yet, and he tried my facebook account too.)
Looks like there are some misunderstanding at my previous question.., but it doesn't matter.
Now for both your account and your father's, go to Settings in the game until you find Account section just like this one below. Did the linked account for both accounts show the correct linked account?
If it does but the issue still persist, have any of you claimed Niantic ID?
Yes, it shows correct account each other.

Me don't have the Niantic ID. As for my father, I guess he also don't have it but I couldn't check it because he forgot his google password.
I'll try to clear the cache. Thank you for your support. I'll write down the result here later.
