Invalid Wayspot Appeals - Bayraklar Portal

Hello to everyone; It was opened with the help of students studying in the school in the Istanbul region; but there is a portal that is no longer valid under today's conditions. The reason why this portal is not valid is primarily due to the fact that the area where the portal is located is in the state's protection zone. The school administration is in lawsuit with the state and this process is still ongoing. Despite this, the school administration has made some structures to claim the land and the students have opened a portal to help those who play ingress. Currently, the portal cannot be accessed in any way because both roads through the school are locked. only one player has access but no one sees him near the portal. The main point here is that this portal has been tortured by resistance players for years due to the inaccessibility of this portal. The keys to this portal have been handed out to everyone, including the players who have just started the game, and the entire map has been blocked. All players who already have keys have hundreds of keys. It is not a portal that is accessed seasonally, subject to special permission, and accessed through certain methods. It is completely closed to access and if it is entered, it is considered a crime. Worse yet, due to the current status of the portal, a large number of cheating accounts appear and mess up the game's justice system. For this reason, we demand that the portal be closed. It is very unfair for the game and the players that a single portal exists in the game in this way and that it is still not closed because only a single player accesses it without knowing under what conditions. I remember this portal from my visit to Istanbul, it's absolutely inaccessible and off-limits, used by spoofers only, they are pretty abundant in Istanbul and the combination with portals like this really **** the game in that area, please remove it @niantic
The portal is surrounded by wire fences and there are security guards 24 hours a day, this is private property, no entry, hundreds of players in Istanbul over the course of seven years left the game because of this portal and @niantic did nothing, In the first year of the game, the portal was opened with a photo taken from far away, the portal used to be open to the public 8+ years ago when it first got accepted, but it was later repurposed to a private property/military compound and requires jumping over locked gates/barbed-wire fences to reach.

if private property by single user then it needs to be removed easy to see by pics. This just create unfair gameplay if someone uses that portal
no one can go there by proper or legal ways.
No matter how many RES accounts tried to repeat same argument over and over here, it won't meet any removal criteria and the state has to request its removal by themshelves.

Family refers to a group of people consists of parents (father and mother) and their children at minimum, not a group of specific players of the same game or something else. Niantic will remove the Wayspot by OP's report here if it belongs to a single family private residential property (means the property belongs to one actual family and not to a kind of ENL family or Mystic family or Pikmin family or whatevs). Since the property belongs to state court instead, why not try contacting any state representatives to request to remove that Wayspot directly to Niantic? The form can be found at the help page on each games.
Don't try to make your own definition please. It doesn't work against Niantic's own criteria.
Once again, the property belongs to the state court—it doesn't belong to a single family, RES or ENL or Valor family, or whatever crime family big in Turkey.
If you guys still wanna arguing then answer this: is the Portal imported from Foursquare (either it doesn't have any photos and/or it represents a generic business)?

Actually let's play a game. If any of you can prove if the Portal is either fake, no longer exist anymore or was imported from Foursquare then you win the game. Sounds enough?
you are not playing ingress, I guess. you are not aware of the source of the xm item. xm increases at the points where there are a lot of people and interacts, and there are probably portal-like structures at those points. It is almost impossible for xm to fall into the aforementioned portal because once a month one or two people can reach there by jump over fences (not safety). insisting on keeping this field in play under these circumstances makes the game less fair. Sounds enough?

@NianticLC It's just one of the objections I sent and got an answer for. Maybe dozens of players in the region were given a rejection in this way, regarding the portal in question. Therefore, do not say that there is no application that has reached us from the Scanner.

You have provided access to the portal you said you "do not have access" to. I have 2 questions.
1 - Why are you giving false information to people that there is no access?
2 - You have no respect for people who want to play the game. if you think it's easier to make the portal relocated, why don't you play an easy game?
This portal has been accessed by 2 Resistance agents before. Pyrodarts and Burcak. There is daily access to this portal. You didn't just know how, now you do. Playing ingress, being an agent is not easy. If you can't, don't try to make up your own rules. Your time is wasted. The rules of the game are clear. Play it or leave it.
If you choose to cry after all. The choice is yours. We have more fun with it 😎
