Wafarer app submissions not moving

I know the answer will be this sint wayfarer related but ...... its called WAYFARER APP. I've stopped submitting through it as have several others, but eveb still, the submissions I have in are ranging from 18 to 24 days now when they said 14 days at most. So my question is, have the staff on the app just stopped reviewing g or is there an issue
