Appeal about a POI that was rejected as an appeal of rejected contribution.

Hello good morning.

Last night I received the notice about an appeal I made about a proposal of a POI that I made in 2020 and it was rejected by the community.

The reason that Niantic appeal team rejected my appeal is the photo was of a third party.

I NEVER used a third party photo in my POI contributions and I think is a shame that response about my appeal while there is a lot of POI that community accept as urban mobiliary produced in mass, shops that don't have any kind of interest (as supermarkets or simply stores without any social interest), graffities that aren't elegible as criteria says, and many other things that aren't elegible and day by day are growing in the map while people are accepting without any reason. And as other people manage to edit photos to create fake POI's, or simply use photos with a watermark (and also with © or ® marks) in that photo and including adding photos to the POI's with watermarks of time/date or mobilephone's mark.

I keep here the photos about the appeal that was rejected and I want a response and edit of that appeal because I made the photo with my smartphone and is not a third party photo. It's an absolute shame say that is a third photo when NEVER I used a third photo for my contributions.
