Additional information: These two portals are a duplicate of each other. EXACT same photo, exact same description. One should be removed as they are the same photo.

Did you change the description and pictures to exactly match the second POI as you have done at other soccer fields you don't like? Why can't both POI's be there and you leave them with the different pictures?

Hey @RawwRs-ING! We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
@HankWolfman-PGO mentioned
The November 2020 AMA was after the criteria refresh, so it is considered part of the current criteria. Additionally, it is listed as current guidance on the Wayfarer website itself, therefore it stands to reason that it is correct that you should only get one wayspot for the play area as a whole, as it says in the AMA, and that individual pieces of equipment should be considered duplicates.
And here this is not followed by @NianticLC
What is the rule at this?
