[Action Needed] EDIT button does not appear on ON HOLD nomination listed in email

  I reported my experience in general instead of as a bug since I wasn't thinking.

  I was not able to edit nominations that had been moved to "on hold" from "in voting" but I was able to edit nominations that had still been "in queue" at the time. The ones that had been "in voting" went directly back to that status when I released them from hold. The ones that had been "in queue" did not.

  Also note that the Mail templates in various languages are supposed to tell you on which date you originally submitted the nomination, but the actual date is entirely missing there. Here is a censored German example "...den du am eingeriecht hast,..." is the same as saying "...,which you have submitted on,..." without any data following up
