Thanks for the appeal, @YinSoMo-PGO! We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
The restaurant business also got on Wayspot. It's amazing @NianticOtoStar
Is there a personal phone number on the object that can go to Wayspot?
The object is nothing special
If that's the Wayspot's photo, isn't that a watermark on bottom right of that photo?
If so, then it's a third party photo that you can ask @NianticOtoStar to remove the photo. You still can't ask to remove the Wayspot though (unless if the business is closing down some day later).
What if the third image of this object is not real
This is a business that encroaches on the sidewalk, the roadside is not allowed by the state
It's "third party image", not third image. Means that the photo is not taken from the submitter themshelves a.k.a. taken from third party source i.e. the internet.
I'm in favor of removing it because it's an unlicensed business
