This photo was the only photo present at the creation of the wayspot and was taken from the official site of the island where it is located:

The main photo of the site
The photo is also present on the plain where the tower (the wayspot) is located, i.e. the Piana dello Zenobito.

At the bottom of the page there is this writing "foto di Fabio Guidi, la foto dal sentiero del Semafoto è di Susanna Pelagatti" which translated means "photo by Fabio Guidi, the photo of the Semafoto is by Susanna Pelagatti"
The photo is identical to the one inserted in the wayspot, even the filter applied to the image is identical.
Additional information: The photo was sent in the wayspot by a Swiss ingress player while the real owner of the photo, Fabio Guidi, is a resident of the island of Capraia who took the photos for the island's official website, so a third party image taken from the official site of the island was used to create the waypot, luckily there are now other legit images on the wayspot.
Thanks for the appeal, @SanCrispinoh-PGO! Based on the evidence provided, we’ve removed the invalid image of the Wayspot.
