Waypoint to be restored
Waypoint Title: Vanha kivisilta
Location: 61.48180 21.72295
City and Country: Pori, Finland
I would like to appeal this deleted Waypoint. This is a historic stone bridge that is visible on street view. The Suntinoja Bridge in Tuorsniemi was probably built at the end of the 18th century. The area used to be a swamp, which was drained into arable land from 1773 until the beginning of the 19th century. The bridge over Suntinoja is a stone bridge with a strong structure, which has fallen out of use after the construction of the street network and light traffic in the area. Suntinoja flows down Kokemäenjoki to Raumajuopa. Residents of the area keep the bridge's surroundings in order by removing vegetation that can damage the bridge's structures.
We don't know why this was deleted, for there doesn't seem to be an obviously apparent reason. The likeliest reasons we could think of are potentially "unsafe pedestrian access" or "doesn't exist". We would like to state these reasons are invalid.
We believe it was deleted because the waypoint was originally in a slightly misplaced location. Here is the correct location 61.481647, 21.722525.

Taken some screenshots from street view also, so you can see that old location was totally wrong.
The target is visible on street view, and as you can see in the video provided, there is a safe access to the waypoint from the nearby pedestrian route. The snow makes it slightly invisible but there is a slightly overgrown path leading directly to the target. The access is perfectly legal as well. In Finland we have this thing called "Every Man's Right" or "Freedom to Roam" which states that everyone regardless of ownership of the land is free to roam in the nature as long as it is not on private residential property or equivalent, irrelevant of if it is a marked path or not. Here you can read more about Freedom to Roam in Finland: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freedom_to_roam#Finland
This bridge is 100% safely accessible to all players and does indeed still exist. Therefore I kindly request for this Waypoint to be restored. Thanks.

Having looked at the evidences provided, I agree with the OP and think it should be reinstated.
@NianticLC @NianticOtoStar @NianticVK I think you missed this one. Please, take a look.
Thanks for reaching out, @Jyggeboi-PGO! We have taken another look, however, stand by our decision to retire this Wayspot.
Thanks for the answer @NianticOtoStar . We are trying with the small local community to understand your decision, but we simply cannot understand it. Would it be possible to open this decision of yours a little so that we could understand the solution. Which criteria do you think the object in question fails to fulfill? Or which rejection reason does it fill? Thanks.
Niantic logic: you show the edge of the road without pedestrian walkway but you can walk on the grass to the POI, and Niantic will assume it doesn't have safe pedestrian walkway.
At the moment it's winter in Finland and there's snow on the ground, so I can't photograph the path leading to the bridge. I have been in contact with the locals and I received information from one geocache enthusiast that there is a geocache in the immediate vicinity of the bridge. I also got a picture from him that he took on the spot when he was there about a year ago.
In middle of the picture you can see a narrow path that leads to the bridge from the sidewalk.
