Additional Information: [Hello, I am posting here to have the Chin-Ups Health Trail Challenge Sign Wayspot removed. I was actually the user to submit this wayspot 6 months ago in Ingress as well as Pokémon GO, unfortunately as you can see in the above photographs the wayspot has been removed from the location in the park it once was. Above is a photo taken in Fall of 2022 when it was still there and than the same location at current date Winter 2023 (the sign and metal had begun to rust and it was in quite a state of disrepair at the time of removal in early Winter) I have also attached a screenshot of the exact location on Google maps and video I took on Twitter marked with the correct date and location: Warren Park. I am confident I have provided the appropriate amount of evidence to show Niantic that I am indeed correct in showing you this Wayspot has been taken down permanently and thus I would appreciate it if Niantic removed it permanently from in-game Pokémon Go and Ingress.
I am quite active in my local community and have added over a dozen wayspots to Niantic games such as Ingress and Pokémon GO in hopes to have the games be absolutely perfect for everyone playing, it would benefit my local community greatly if this wayspot were removed soon, the reason being we will be able to use the space to add a new wayspot for our local community to use! In conclusion, this wayspot has been permanently removed and on behalf of my local Niantic community I please ask for it to be removed in game. I have put alot of work into capturing the images and providing a video link of the exact location as well as the Google maps screenshot showing me exactly where the wayspot was so I feel as if the evidence provided is more than enough for Niantic to verify I am in fact telling you the truth and this wayspot has been taken down in real life so please: be considerate to the effort i have put in for my local community and remove it in-game. Thank you for your time and please help us resolve this issue.]

So looking at satellite view of the area, the grey concrete **** you show in your picture appears to have benches on, and the chin up bars appear to be on a brownish surface to the west of them.
In your video you just happened to point the camera down as you were facing west towards where the chin up bars would be. Is there any chance you could show a better view of that location?

I've replied with a comment with attached pictures that is currently waiting to be approved but again thank you for your comment! So it turns out that there actually aren't benches as you can see in the video but again thank you for your concern! c: any help in getting this wayspot removed in game is appreciated. In the video you can see another block of concrete to the left not far away from another removed feature. Furthermore there is a noticeable crack in the pavement seen in the before and after pictures that is easily identified as the same crack grown larger after the removal process was completed.
Again I am quite serious in getting this removed for my local community so please be considerate to the work I have put in to present my case and thank you for any help getting Niantic to remove this
So actually in the attached video you can see that there are no benches, thank you for your comment though! c: while I appreciate the concern I assure you that this feature is no longer here, you can also see in the video another concrete block of a feature removed not far away to the left. I assure you that my concerns are legitimate and this wayspot should be removed, below I attached a photo of the same spot months apart that can be identified by the cracks in front of the concrete section having grown after the removal process but identifiable as the same spot

Those cracks don't seem to line up to me personally, but that's neither here nor there.
I've tried my best to colour code everything that I'm seeing on the map and on your video and screenshots.
I've circled what you're claiming is the removed wayspot in white on that satellite view. If we look at the first screenshot I've taken from your video, you'll see I've matched up the white circle from the satellite view with your footage. I've also circled two groups of trees in red and yellow respectively on both images:
As you keep turning the camera, I got another screenshot of the trees in the yellow circle, just to better show the amount of them and placement of them matches up:
As you keep rotating, you get to a solitary tree, which is the one circled on the map in green, which I've highlighted in this screenshot:
At this point when you kept turning towards the path, you pointed your camera down at the path before finally turning back towards the area I marked in white before. In this final screenshot of your video, there's a tree in the background marked in blue, which is also circled on the map:
Additionally, you provided an after removal photo which shows these same two things, which I've highlighted on your photo:
You'll also notice that there's a purple circle on the satellite view at the beginning. This is the area that your video missed when you pointed it down at the floor. This is the area that I think is where the wayspot should be located based on what I'm seeing. Here are a couple of screenshots from the Wayfarer app that seem to confirm this:
If we compare what we can see there to your before photo, you can see that in order for it to match with the surroundings, the wayspot needs to be in the purple circle, as the tree in the background of both the before and after pictures (blue circle) is in different locations in the before and after pictures:
You can also see from your before photo that the ground colour under the chin up bars matches the ground colour seen in the purple circle on the satellite map. The shape of the patch of ground is also a match.
Given that it seems likely that the wayspot is in the purple circle, and that's the area that is missing from your video footage, I would say you may need additional proof that the wayspot has been removed. Hope that helps you out :)
I’m trying to figure out why you are so desperate to have this removed? Are you trying to create an ex gym?
As the person who added the wayspot in the first place, im hoping to have it removed in game since it's been torn down in real life unfortunately. I feel it reflects poorly if the wayspot is in game and not real life and I feel I've provided enough evidence, I just want this removed to provide my local community the best experience possible and that can't be done with the wayspot still in game when it should be removed.
Not to take away from the above efforts but I hope Niantic disregards them as I have in fact put in alot of effort to post this case for Niantic, I've tried my best and braved the winter weather to take multiple walks to take multiple photographs of the area and I feel this is sufficient evidence to please help me remove the wayspot
Seen above is me adding the wayspot in the first place and now that it has since been removed IRL I feel it reflects poorly on me that it is still in game so please, hoping the Niantic reviewers see my case and help remove this stop
I agree with these observations.
When simply comparing the before and after photos I almost immediately noticed the angles don't match up, the trees in the background don't align or match, and the distance between the pathway and the brush seem much further in the after photo.
the wayspot has been removed in real life and im getting all these comments and I wish you guys could just go there and see yourselves. I wish everyone wasn't so dismissive of me :c my name is Erica and I've been trying to get my case to Niantic for a long time and all I'm hoping for is for it to be retired.
I worked hard to collect all these photos and videos and screenshots and I feel like now that if Niantic sees comments dismissing my work collecting evidence they won't believe me and reject my request for it to be retired because they dont believe me :c
I assure all that what I have posted and collected is 100% in support of the wayspot being removed and I hope Niantic decides to retire this wayspot as it is the correct decision
I'm just trying to be helpful. I saw you were new on the forum and I saw that on your other post, your request seemed urgent. I've given you the information you need in order to prove the object has been removed, as unfortunately your video tilted down before showing the actual area where the wayspot should be (you were so close to providing solid evidence!). That lack of evidence is why Niantic didn't remove it last time. If you can provide a photo or video that matches with what is seen in your before photo, but shows that the object is no longer there, that should be good enough for Niantic to approve your request. It's quite simple, really :)
Of course, I'm sure there are a few people on here who may look at your request and think you're trying to conceal the truth that the object does actually still exist, and that for some reason you want to remove a perfectly good gym in a park just a matter of weeks before a big event with lots of raids. Personally though, I'm just trying to help out, seeing how as it's so urgent and all :)
