Additional information: It's been a misplaced portal/poi since 2013 or 2014 in the middle of the woods. Now it's in someone's back yard.

Thanks for the appeal, @EvilSuperHeros-ING! We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
Wait a second. A misplaced portal, that has always resided on private property, is OK? You can even see this in Google Maps.
