Above: a photograph of the wayspot as it is now, unfortunately it has been quite a long time since it's been maintained or cleaned, no children play here anymore and it's located in a location of the park that doesn't see many visitors and is pretty much in the middle of the woods and not as accessible as other park locations as you can see in the photo. It has become quite filthy and in a state of disrepair, as you can see the once verdant green turf is begining to grow crusty and dark

Above: Grafitti on the welcome sign to the play structure of hate speech. (There are more horrible things written in the inside of the Clubhouse as well as inappropriate drawings of male body parts but I didn't want to have to photograph every single one and share them here as I felt that'd be distasteful) the fact that children could see this is hurtful, harmful and unacceptable, therefore I believe this wayspot should be removed.

Above: Another reason this wayspot should be removed is there Is already a wayspot for the area its in: The Warren Park Open Grove

Above: In addition to that, the township the park is located in has already replaced Burke Clubhouse (Red) with a new well kept more accessible playground: Warren Park Playground. (White)

Additional information: [as you can see above: The Burke Clubhouse Wayspot has unfortunately fallen to a state of disrepair and vandalism, the offensive hate speech and images vandalized onto the structure itself sadden me enough to feel this wayspot should be removed, in addition to its location being in an already existing wayspot and replaced by the new playground as seen above, I ask Niantic please remove this point of interest as it is no longer a place that could be fun to explore, but instead a sad reminder of the unkindess and intolerance in our world where children once played]
