Boom battle bar

So, this is a chain bar, not many but enough to make a chain, in the UK. I know the idea is chains are bad, but I wonder if these types of chain bar will overcome that, because, they include (with other thing)
1. Axe throwing
2. Crazy golf
3. Vr gaming
4. A bar
5. Shuffle board
And more things, as I said. So this is a lot of sporty things, socialising things etc.

Never heard of it myself, but it does sound like a fun place to socialise from what you've said :)
Looking at it, there is a decent amount in the country, but I'd say they are unique enough to the areas. (Only downside for me isthe one in Glasgow is in the town center, so be lucky if it got reviewed in 2023 lol, plus, really awkward to get a photosphere in)
I would approve. In this case I think the value it brings supercedes the "no chain" philosophy. Over here we have chain gaming locations like Dave & Busters. It's a restaurant, sports bar, video arcade, maybe even bowling alley, karaoke joint, laser tag, party rental, etc. There's murals and all kinds of memorabilia inside. It's exactly the kind of place we should be adding social POI. No need to punish them because their business model was successful enough to have more than 1 location.
Why am I not surprised that Glasgow has a pub with axe throwing as a fun night ;)
Technically this chain bar was in other places first ..... but it appears to be one of the more popular thing in the bar based on the bookings lol
